Group Lesson

Knowing how to compete and apply what they've learned in the game is important. We teach players game tactics and create a learning environment where they can learn from each other. We also offer adult lessons for all levels, from beginners to NTRP 4.5, ensuring everyone can achieve their goals and reach their best shape.

Summer Camp/Holiday Camp

We offer summer tennis camps for various skill levels, allowing players to compete with peers of similar abilities and ages. This fosters a supportive environment where kids can grow together. Our fitness coach focuses on strength and conditioning with high-intensity training. We're going to work hard and have fun all summer long!

Fitness Lesson

Fitness is crucial for preventing future injuries and enhancing on-court performance. Our team includes highly skilled fitness coaches who specialize in strength and conditioning. We offer both group and private fitness classes for juniors and adults, all led by experts. Our goal is to help each player become the best version of themselves.

Mental Fitness

We are excited to announce the launch of our new mental fitness programs in collaboration with 2Mynds! Their program is designed to help athletes achieve peak performance during competition. We're thrilled to combine tennis and mental training to help our players maximize their potential on the court.
