Fernando Montano
From the Bay Area but went to San Diego State University for Kinesiology and the best tacos in California. My passion for training comes from the people I get to work with and the knowledge I've been able to learn and continue to explore about movement. The concept that the body has anatomical lines connecting muscles and fascia, the way they relate to how certain muscles function or don't, and what that means to your specific movement is fascinating. I love the challenge of improving the form and positioning of any movement.
